With Floating Chat Icon and PopUp Chat Form configured, you can also set the conditions to define your “high potential customers” criteria. 2ConnectMe provides conditions for locations (the web page URL addresses) and duration (how long customer stays on the page).  When the conditions are met, the pre-configured whisper short text will be prompted to customer next to the chat icon as shown below.
