Setup Access Number in Private chat room
“Access Number” settings in PRIVATE chat room
Go to Settings -> Private Chat Room
Activate “Number Access” of Contact Form in PRIVATE chat room
- Select Chat Room
- Select Agent Staff
- Select Contact Form tab
- Check Number Access checkbox
The Access Number is created and takes effect once “Number Access” checkbox is checked. No more “UPDATE” button is needed. This is different from PUBLIC chat room settings which “UPDATE” button is needed for new settings to be effective.

- Select Chat Room
- Select Agent Staff
- Select Voice Chat tab
- Check Number Access checkbox
