We have set up some agents and an online website for demonstration. You could logon an demo agent and visit online demo website from the steps of scenarios below.

The demonstrations below are designed in the terms of scenarios happening to online clients on your website and agent handling clients request with advance functions of 2ConnectMe to provide the best-in-class customer service.


Scenario 1: Client on a website is served with an agent empowered with video, voice text chat and screen share.

Scenrio 2: Agent provides the best in class customer service. Agent monitors the clients screen activity on the website and watch the client screen in real time. If needed, agent proactively initiates chat with client.

  1. Logon demo agent.
  2. Client opens demo website.
  3. Client requests staff for assistance while browsing the demo website.
  4. Agent answers an incoming chat.
  5. Client connected a free agent.
  6. Client initiates video chat with agent.
  7. Agent receives video chat.
  8. Client and Agent video chat connected.
  9. Agent shares his own screen to client.

Logon demo agent

To start, you need to logon 2ConnectMe service as an agent. You will get a new Demo Agent by click the link here. Then, you will have a new logon agent as screen shown below.

Client initiates video chat

Clicking video chat button starts video connection with agents. 2ConnectMe will ask you approval of camera and microphone access for video chat. Just click the green button to approve them.

If you are the first time to have video chat from 2ConnectMe service, the browser will as your approval as well. You have to click ALLOW button to success video chat connection as indicated below. The following screen is from Chrome browser as an example for illustration. Similiar screen for asking user approval to access the devices is prompted in other browsers, e.g. Firefox, Edge or Safari.

Agent receives video chat

Agent will be prompted by 2ConnectMe to ask for approval of camera and microphone access. Just click green button to approve the access.

Logon demo agent

To start, you need to logon 2ConnectMe service as an agent. You will get a new Demo Agent by click the link here. Whenever you click such link, you will have a new logon agent as screen below shown.

Agent view on client’s contact form status

Each of contact form status is shown individually in the chat room traffic of agent console. Each contact form comes with a ID which can be used to trace the traffic data shown in the agent console.

Agent is able to pop up or pull down of contact form remotely through the controls on traffic data of this contact form on agent console.
